Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the official launch of the Grey Bruce Hospice Foundation. Incorporated in March 2023, our foundation is dedicated to supporting and ensuring the sustainability of the vital work of Grey Bruce Hospice – Chapman House.
Our new logo, which closely resembles the existing GBH-Chapman House logo, features the addition of roots to the tree emblem. This symbolizes that, just as a tree’s strength comes from its roots, our foundation is deeply rooted in the generosity and support of the communities throughout Grey and Bruce.
The Grey Bruce Hospice Foundation will serve as a key funding source for Grey Bruce Hospice – Chapman House, enabling them to continue providing, at no cost to families, a compassionate and supportive environment for our friends, neighbors, and families as they deal with a life-limiting illness.
Our commitment to the mission of Grey Bruce Hospice remains unwavering. While most operations will continue as usual, the foundation will now oversee all donation processing, issuing of tax receipts, and fundraising initiatives that support GBH-Chapman House.
We invite the community to join us in this important endeavor as we work together to ensure that every individual has access to the compassionate care they deserve for many years to come.
