We have served over 8000* residents & families with exceptional care at Chapman House, an eight-bed hospice that was purpose-built for the care we provide. Our highly skilled team of care professionals provide compassionate, person-centered palliative care and grief and bereavement supports to all residents of Grey and Bruce Counties, and their families, at no cost.
*The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA) estimates that on average a residential hospice will provide supports to an additional 5 individuals for each resident at a Canadian hospice.
