Bereavement Support Calls
Volunteers trained in grief and bereavement, make confidential follow-up phone calls to the family members or significant others of those who died at Chapman House. With the consent of family members/significant others, the volunteer support caller will follow-up several times during the first year after the death, offering compassionate and attentive listening, and can provide information about available community resources.
