Thank you to everyone who came out to support Hockey For Hospice! The support we have received from the community has been incredible. We would also like to send a huge thank you to the Owen Sound Attack for choosing to support Grey Bruce Hospice for this charity game.
100% of funds raised through charitable efforts leading up to and on game night will be used to support Grey and Bruce residents needing palliative and end-of-life care at Chapman House. Grey Bruce Hospice relies on fundraising efforts by our community to cover over 50% of operational expenses every year.
Interested in Purchasing a Jersey?
Fans can choose to purchase a customized jersey with a personalized name on the back along with a number of their choice. Jerseys (with customization included) are $200 + HST. Order using the form below, and you will be contacted for payment after ordering closes. Payment may be made with cash, cheque (made out to Grey Bruce Hospice) or credit card. Deadline for orders is Monday April 10th at 5:00pm.
