November 1 is a very significant date for us. It is our wedding anniversary. We feel it is so worthwhile to support Grey Bruce Hospice (GBH). When the opportunity presented itself to be part of the Hospice Heroes Calendar, we chose November 1. One of my uncles passed away at GBH. I can remember my cousin commenting that the “facility” was amazing BUT what was really amazing was the care that my uncle received. She was so grateful because it helped to ease her feelings of loss. November 1 is a special date for us. We are not heroes…that honour goes to everyone at GBH.
