Rosemary Element shared good humor and a big smile with everyone she met. She was the very definition of friendship in our workplace and community. Not just within our area but across the entire country. When times were difficult, she could always pick you up with her contagious laugh.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but all who knew her will live better for the time we got to spend.
