Donate in Memory of a Friend or Loved One

In Memoriam or In Memory Of is a special type of donation. Many community members, as a last act, will identify In Lieu of Flowers within an obituary, or resident families may ask their friends and families to donate to the Chapman House in honour of the great service they received. 

Donations may be made to Grey Bruce Hospice Inc. as a tribute In Memory of a friend or loved one, or may also be made In Honour of a special person or occasion. You may also wish to join our Hospice Heroes and donate annually to keep a loved one’s memory alive on a special day.

Please Note: Grey Bruce Hospice Inc. will send a letter acknowledging the names of those who have made donations in memory of their loved ones.
