At Grey Bruce Hospice, our Mission is to provide equitable access to comprehensive, collaborative and compassionate end-of-life care, grounded in dignity, respect, empathy and our common humanity, to all in the Grey Bruce community.

Board membership is designed to reflect the interests of patients and families throughout our region. The Board is comprised of skills and geographic representation to ensure that both the operation of the hospice and the connection to our whole community is sustained. Applications are encouraged from individuals who reside in Grey and Bruce Counties, Saugeen First Nations, and Chippewas of Nawash First Nations.

The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Clinical Care Coordinator, will primarily be responsible to collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate resident care and support in consultation with individuals and their families. The Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. They will provide care and be part of the care delivery team along with the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Personal Support Worker (PSW), and any volunteers assigned to the Resident and Family Care (RFC) area.
