Donating to Grey Bruce Hospice gives the gift of comfort to people in our community who are at the end of their lives. We need your help to provide free of charge hospice care and support to Grey Bruce residents and their families.

While we receive just under 50% of our annual budget from the Ministry of Health, this funding only covers some of our operational costs. It is the support of our community that enables us to provide patient meals, medical equipment, and various comforts to our residents and their loved ones. These necessary aspects of the care we provide is only made possible through donations from generous community supporters.

Becoming a Monthly Donor allows you to join out Hospice Hero program!

By making a recurring monthly donation, you can provide essential support to Hospice and ensure the delivery of our services. Your contribution allows us to offer extra comforts that otherwise would not be possible. If you donate $50 or more a month, you will be recognized and honored on our social media and website on a designated day of your choosing. Whether you want to commemorate a loved one or celebrate a special occasion, we believe that every donor is a hero.

Why is $50 or more significant? Currently, we have a shortfall of $600 per day to operate each Hospice bed, even with partial funding from the Ministry. By donating at least $50 per month, you will fund one Hospice bed for one day in a year. That’s a meaningful contribution of $50 per month for one special day!
